I did a Vintage Wreath, using cardboard and other.
Well here is how I did it!
Make this using a very simple way! |
I use a dish to make a circle in a cardboard of a 12x12 paper pad. |
I trace the dish and cut it up with scissors |
Then I use the front of a pad the had Xmas paper picture & cut it then paste it over the border of the circle. Dont need to be precise this will be cover. |
When is all cover sand the outside of the circle very lightly then you can ink the border of the circle with ink pad or a marker. The centre will be cover so not worry. |
The I made a centre circle with a cutting machine, I took the centre out to use it later and economizes paper |
Then I cut a scallop circle with machine. Now I have use 2 circle over the cardboard. |
This is the third (3) circle the centre is cut out because I am using it in another project. |
The fourth (4) circle is the circle I took out from circle 1, so I only use one sheet of paper for both circles. |
This is the back I cut a 12x12 paper to cover the back, before pasting the paper in the back; I glue a ribbon, so it can be hang. Use a wet strong glue. |
I also paste another circle in a doily stile, but I didn't took picture, you can leave it like this but because it was vintage I decide to use a doily |
The size of the flower will depend of the size you decide to make your wreath . I imagine a clock to paste the flower. |
Then after the flower are pasted yo use your central figure. And do a bow. |
